LIGHT CHANGES EVERYTHING!

This women was abandon by all of her family except her granddaughter because in her own words she “was too poor to be loved.”

Grandmama is a special, special women who survives by picking up small fruits. 25% to 35% of all money she makes goes to buy kerosene fuel so she has light at night for her and her granddaughter.

Today their life have been totally changed! For the next five to six years she will be saving all of the money she makes. She can now also make money by renting solar power to islanders that might have cellphones. She can see at night, she will no longer be breathing in the toxic gases from kerosene and her granddaughter can now study for school at night!

LIGHT CHANGES EVERYTHING!
