I told a good friend today about the importance of embracing and sharing with others both the positive and not so positive aspects of his current life situation.

I have learned that people can not fully trust your “yes” if they have never heard your “no.” Just as it is equally truthful that your triumphs and joys in life are always more cherished when juxtaposed to past difficulties.

Here is to embracing ALL that life has to offer.
