Women in the Smokie Mountain district in Manila pretend to use their new solar light!

It was really cool to see the joy on my sisters face as she explained the lights and how the women can use them to help themselves in a variety of ways!

Having these new solar lights will allow these hard working moms the chance to increase their daily working hours, income and hope! Light = Opportunity.

On a personal note, it was great to start taking pictures and to have the kids swarm me again and hold my hands. Heck, I didn’t even have candy today to entice them on this trip! #WOL #givelight #PhilippinesWOL
