Rodger D. Williams and Jessie C. Alba never knew each other yet their names will forever be linked as the last two soldier etched onto the Vietnam Memorial Wall.
As these students causally walked pass the names of the dead, I wondered if anyone that didn’t server or encounter the horrors of war truly understand the word sacrifice.
The average age of death for a soldier on the Memorial Wall is 21.
