We are not enemies, but friends. We must not be enemies. Though passion may have strained, it must not break our bonds of affection. —Lincoln

True pride comes from the internal understanding of who you really are.

No matter where I travel around the world, everyone seems to like ‘photo bombing.’ I wonder how you spell photo bomb in Swahili? #kenya #latergram

Do you ever wonder if the person staring you back in the mirror is the real you or a cleverly designed imposter?

Among hundreds of people, his face immediately caught my eye.

In the middle of his conversation I approached.

I lifted my camera.

He stopped mid-sentence and gave me his life’s story with one look.

I walked away.

He continued his story.

When we went into the slums of Dandora, for the first time in my life I entered a place that almost seemed void of color.

It was almost as if I was experiencing a film that was once black-and-white and then poorly colorized. Although color was present, it just didn’t match the reality of what we were experiencing.

Today I am so thankful for the transforming fall leaves.

Fire reds, golden yellows, bright oranges, and the greens of life. @wattsoflove.

A high infant mortality rate among the Maasai has led to babies not truly being recognized until they reach an age of 3 moons.

These two little boys could stop laughing and running away from me whenever I went to take their picture.

I truly can’t imaging these smiles ever ceasing to radiate.

Nothing can replace experiential hands on teaching.

I had the great opportunity to photograph the famous eyes of @CandidCandace for @CaffeinatedClub. Thx @scottyrocks

It’s a bird. It’s a plane. It’s the #jj Santa Monica jump shot! @joshjohnson

Hey it’s @kevinkuster posting.

Tomorrow I will be posting another theme for our exhibition show with @columbusmuseum.

Did we tell you this is gonna be the LARGEST mobile show of all time? Way cool!

Additionally, on the shows opening weekend Josh and I @kevinkuster will be running a Mobile Photography Workshop, and the Mobile Photography Panel Discussion.

We have some big surprises so, get your tickets now. We will also be doing something really special for the person that travels the furthest to join us!

You can register for both events by clicking on the Mobile Photo Now link in Josh’s bio page.

Look for tomorrow theme around 9:00am EST. Here is a little hint…. It’s a perfect theme for us and what we do so well!

Anyone notice those two dapper looking faces hanging on the wall of the museum in this photo?

Purple Rain.

Manny ‘Pac Man’ Pacquiao helping us fight the darkness last night at the Acivate Chicago streets of Manila event. Doesn’t Pac Man look good holding a @watts_of_love solar light?

Thanks @do312chicago @igerschicago @jasonmpeterson @iloveprintshop @bradgrock @dannymota @_jsett for all your support last night!

Read between the lines.

My talk at the Chicago Apple store is about to begin in 15 mins. A few seats left. Come join us!

I will be speaking at the Chicago, Michigan Ave APPLE STORE this Thursday night at 7:00pm.

Although I never had the honor to meet Steve Jobs, he was truly a inspiration to me and I can only hope that my creative life has reflected some of these famous words in their great Apple Ad campaign.

Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes.

The ones who see things differently. They’re not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them.

But the only thing you can’t do is ignore them. Because they change things. They invent. They imagine. They heal. They explore. They create. They inspire. They push the human race forward.

Maybe they have to be crazy.

How else can you stare at an empty canvas and see a work of art? Or sit in silence and hear a song that’s never been written? Or gaze at a red planet and see a laboratory on wheels?

We make tools for these kinds of people.

While some see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.

The sounds of two balloons rubbing against each other can not compare to the melodies that ring from @elbow_macaroni fingers as he types his witty, sarcastic and always funny comments.

To me Elliot’s comments are always candy for my funny bone. #ohc2014 #wwim10 #wwim10_chicago
